Soma QI is a product quality intelligence service. It inspects the pages it can access, uses automated checks and AI to assess them, and produces scores, findings and recommendations for your product’s next stage.

You may assess only sites and apps you own or have permission to test. This includes public pages and private screens behind a sign-in page. You are responsible for having permission to share any page content with Soma QI and its AI processing providers.

For private inspections, supply only credentials you are authorised to use. Use a test account or a short-lived token where possible. Do not submit someone else’s credentials or sensitive data you do not have permission to disclose.

You must sign in to run an assessment. Keep your account details secure, provide accurate information and contact us if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

You receive 3 free live assessments in the first 24 hours starting from your first assessment. After that, you receive 2 free live assessments per rolling 24-hour period. The allowance belongs to your account, not your browser or device.

Free assessments are used before purchased credits. Each additional live assessment uses one paid credit when paid credits are available. Opening a saved result within the 24-hour cache does not use a credit. Refreshing results runs a new assessment and uses your allowance or a credit.

If an assessment fails, its reserved free allowance or paid credit is restored automatically. Purchased credit packs are not currently available. See our Refund Policy. When purchases launch, pack prices and any purchase-specific terms will be shown before payment.

Reports reflect the pages and evidence available at the time of inspection. Some screens, interactions and risks may not be checked. Automated checks and AI can miss issues or make mistakes.

A score or readiness verdict does not guarantee that a product is safe, compliant, profitable or ready to launch. Soma QI does not replace a security audit, legal advice or a human review. Check important findings before making business decisions. Payment never changes scores or findings.

Do not use Soma QI to attack systems, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest data without permission, bypass access controls or usage limits, or overload this service or the sites being inspected. Do not submit unlawful content or use reports to misrepresent what was checked.

We may change or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, safety or operational reasons. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the service or put other users or systems at risk. You may stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account deletion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, profits or opportunities resulting from reliance on a report or an interruption of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We will publish changes to these terms here with an updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
