Refund Policy

This policy explains when assessment credits and payments are refunded.
1. Used credits
Credits are non-refundable once they have been used to complete an assessment.
2. Failed assessments
If an assessment fails to complete, the free allowance or paid credit it reserved is restored to your account automatically. You don't need to ask.
3. Unused purchased credits
Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Email us at thenerveconsult@gmail.com with your account email and the purchase reference.
4. Duplicate or wrong charges
If you were charged twice or charged in error, we refund the charge in full. Email us with the details and we'll put it right.
